Cooperation can cultivate students' awareness of team spirits, which plays an important part in their growth. And most importantly, only those with team spirit can get along well with their future colleagues in work and can deal with personal relationships effectively.

As far as I am concerned, both cooperation and competition are of equal significance in study. They are just like one's left hand and fight hand．Without either of them, one's study will be lacking in well-roundedness.
