     As we all know, the Big Construction in Hefei is in progress. Meanwhile, we should also pay attention to
the construction of the spiritual civilization. However, lots of bad behaviors still exist around us. For example,
some people often cross roads against the traffic rules, some don't give their seats to the old or disabled on a
bus, and some even litter and spit freely in the street. These bad behaviors greatly ruin the image of our city,
leaving a negative impression on visitors in and outside China. It's high time that we solved these problems.
     To begin with, we should start to perform good manners as often as possible. Besides, we need to call on
people around us to behave politely, because if everyone does his or her own bit, we together will make a big
difference. Last but not least, some effective measures should be taken to remove those bad behaviors. Only
in this way can we help build a harmonious society.
