   First of all，it is necessary to have a balanced diet so that we can get enough nutrition for our body．Then，we should have a good habit of sleep，avoiding staying up too late．As the Chinese proverb goes"Early to bed，early to rise makes a man healthy，wealthy and wise．"In addition，if possible，we should insist on taking regular exercise．For example，playing table tennis is my favorite to build up my body．As you know，more than one student likes playing computer games which does harm to our eyes and studies．Therefore，we should keep away from it．Last but not least，reading a good book is a choice to broaden our view．
