  From the material, we know that some students try to study from early morning till

late night, even during the ten-minute break.

   In my opinion, to take a ten-minute break between classes is definitely necessary.

Otherwise we will feel tired both physically and mentally. What we need is to have a real

rest and do something to get rid of tiredness, instead of getting more tired. Experience

tells us that making progress needs a thorough and persevering process, but we all know 

people who can’t find time for recreation are bound sooner or later to fail.
