Smile as you think about the future.If you smile,you can not have negative(消極的) thoughts!
Concentrate on the positive(積極的) in this world,and look for joy.
To your work
Work hard and make efforts to reach your goals,and reward yourself when you are done.
Remove the task that is not useful.We are learning that doing too many tasks at the same time just doesn't work.
Try writing down what is troubling you,discussing your trouble with yourself.The science now shows that as you write your troubles,your brain will change for the better.
