A survey shows that about 20% of the students have a bad habit of not having breakfast. That’s because they study too late at night and they can sleep longer without breakfast in the morning. And their parents are too busy to look after them .They just give them some money for breakfast. Some girls don’t have breakfast to keep slim. As a result, they feel sleepy in class. And they do worse in the exams. To make the things better, they should have breakfast every day because it can provide 30% energy for them and it can help them think better. Teenagers’ health should begin with good breakfast.
