My hometown is a quiet town. There is a lake and a park in my town. There are trees and flowers in the park. I can smell the flowers and hear the birds sing there.

It is a good place to go walking. There are some small

shops near the park. Most things are not expensive. It is a good place to go shopping there. My favourite place is the lake. I often row a boat with my friends on the lake at the weekend. My house is not far from the town centre. It's about 20 minutes by bus and there are buses to the town centre every day. I like my hometown. It is a really good place to live.
